I took this picture on my phone and finally figured out how to get it on my computer. Kolton is such a stud. He was holding Tymberlee and then gave her a kiss. Granted to capture the moment we had to do an instant replay, but hey. She is growing up so much and has started to smile and she recognizes our voices. They are both such a blessing in our lives, and we love them dearly.

Thanksgiving!
Just an update; baby is doing great. Kolton is loving being a big brother more and more every day. One day Kodee was going to go rake the lawn and Kolton wanted to help. How cute is he with that huge rake? What a stud!!!
Thanksgiving was lots of fun. We first went to my mom's and then headed over to Kodee's grandparents house for crafts and football. We had a great Thanksgiving. Here are just a couple pictures of our little family that day.
Then I decided that I was going to go out shopping Friday morning, so I went to Harrisville Wal-Mart to scout out where everything was going to be. While I was there Kodee called to tell me that Old Navy was having great sales and they opened at 3:00. My new plans were then to go to Old Navy at 3:00 and hit the Riverdale Wal-Mart by 5:00. So I got to Old Navy at 2:15 and saw that there was already a huge line. I decided at 2:30 that I should probably get in line. So I did. There I stood all alone at 2:30 in the morning in line for clothes. Then by like 3:20 I had all the stuff I wanted and luckily had run into my sister-in-law, so we stood in line together and didn't leave until 5:00. Are you serious, I was in line for over 1 hour and then I missed the things at Wal-Mart. And then I found out that Old Navy's sale really lasted through Saturday! Oh well, I had so much fun and am so glad that I was able to cruise around with my sis-in-law.

Cute Kids!
Fist I must explain that I tried to flip the pictures, but couldn't figure out how, and then simply gave up. With that being said, here are my cute kids. I have so much fun staying home with them each day. Yes, I do get overwhelmed and I can't believe how fast the days go by, but at the end of the day I am glad that I am able to be home for awhile to spend time with my kids. Tymberlee is growing so fast, and Kolton is loving being her big brother. Any time she cries he runs to see what is the matter, and when she is napping he always wants to go in and check on her. What a stud. I just love being their mom.

Pregnancy Blues!
So I went to the doctor on Monday and was almost a 3. When I was pregnant with Kolton and at a 3 I went into labor that night. So here I am planning on going into labor by Tuesday at the latest. It is now Wednesday and I am still trucking along. At least I have been able to get lots done (my last day working was Monday), but still. I am so past being ready to deliver. I want her to be healthy and ready to come, but I want to not be pregnant anymore!!!

Good Bye Rusty!
We have sold Rusty to another good home. We decided that we weren't able to give him the attention he needs and wanted him to be able to play with someone who really would enjoy him. Plus we got tired of him peeing in the house when ever you went to pet him. But last night a family from Layton came and picked him up. His new owner is a 12 or 13 year old boy. Kolton was very sad at first, but is doing much better. It broke my heart to hear him talk about how he loves Rusty and didn't want him to go to a different home. He is a good dog, and we will miss him, but I am glad that he will get to play more and make new friends. But I do feel like a rotten mom and person for getting rid of him.

Family Vacation Details
Before I start in on the trip here is the latest baby update. Only 6 weeks left, baby is doing great. I am in quite a bit of pain from my surgery in June. The scare tissue isn't healed properly from me growing so it is very sore and tender. But only a little bit longer and then Tymberlee Rae will be joining us!!
I have placed a slide show of our trip at the top to show what a great time we had.
Our trip started off on Tuesday morning about 9:00. We arrived in Washington at about 8:30 Pacific Time which is an hour behind us. What a long drive, Kolton did surprisingly well though. It was funny to listen to some of the things he would say regarding the drive. For instance, we told him that we would be driving through Idaho, then to Oregon and finally Washington. So when we entered Oregon we cheered and made a big deal about it to try to help him cope with the drive. He then asked," Where is the door to get out?" Then after being in Oregon for like 7 hours he said," I am tired of being in Oregon." It was so exciting to see the family.
Wednesday we woke up and decided to hike to a waterfall called Punch Bowl Falls. It was absolutely beautiful! It was about 4 1/2 miles, which kind of sucked given my current situation. But hey I didn't go into labor which is good. Kolton was such a little trooper. He did the whole thing by himself.
Thursday we were looking on line for something to do and Kodee found these lunch river cruises. We decided that it wasn't too expensive so we went. It was so nice and relaxing. We were on the river for about 2 hours, and had lunch and went up to the top deck to take in the views. Oregon is absolutely beautiful.
Friday was the day to go to the Oregon Coast. I always have to get a trip to the beach in. We drove up to Astoria and then down the coast a bit to Cannon Beach. Famous for Haystack Rock. It is so beautiful there. Kolton loved walking in the sand and getting close to the water and then running back before the tide came in too close. Friday for dinner we went to a place called Salty's along the Columbia River. Kodee loves crab legs, I don't, but you have to take in the atmosphere. My uncle carried Kolton down some rocks to play on the Columbia River shore. It was a very nice night.
Saturday was the big day! Kodee and I drove 3 hours to get to the UTES game. Yipee! It was raining the whole time, and as you probably know, the Utes lost. Bummer. But it was something that we probably won't be able to do again, so I made the best of it. That night after we got home my cousins and aunt and I decided to go into downtown Portland to a place called Vodoo Doughnuts. Yes the name of it alone should have scared us off, but I have heard the doughnuts are amazing. They were okay, but the people outside of it and along the streets were super scary. I will never go into downtown Portland at night ever again.
Sunday we got up and headed out at about 8:00. We arrived home at about 9:00. Kolton did awesome on the way home. He slept most of the way. We were glad to make it home safely and without any problems on the trip. Thanks so much to our family in the Great North West for letting us stay with them, and for letting us drag them to all the places we wanted to go.

Off we Go!
Well, we are headed up to Washington State on Tuesday to visit some family and go to the Utes game. Wish us luck. There is nothing better than driving 12 hours with a 3 year old, and being 7 1/2 months pregnant.

So Sweet!
After a long day playing and having fun what a way to crash for the night. Sometimes we do so much and get so exhausted that I think we forget how sweet little kids are. But after peeking in at night to make sure all is well and seeing this you can't help but step back and realize how blessed you truly are to have so much joy in your life. Kolton is such a sweet little boy, and I am so excited to see him interact with his little sister. He is already so sweet to her, always wanting to give my belly a hug, and wanting to sing to her. I just can't even express how much I love this little boy!

Temple Square
Thursday after work we went down to Temple Square with my mom, my aunt, and 3 of my cousins. Kolton had so much fun. He loved playing in the Reflections Pond and standing by the fountains. He kept asking if he could go into the temple. What a cute little guy. One of these days he will be able to go inside. My mom asked Kolton if he knew what happened to us when we died, he said that we go to the doctor. True, normally before we die. Then he told us that after the doctor we go to Jeremy's house. Jeremy is my big brother. It was so funny. It is always so much fun getting out and doing things with him.
Now really, I am not just a biased mom, but is really is just so cute!!! As for the pregnancy, things are going great. We are down to 10 weeks! I can't believe it went by so fast. Everything is going great, Kolton is very excited to have a baby sister. He likes to sing to her, and his favorite song is Take Me Out to the Ball Game. At least she will be a baseball fan. That will make her daddy and big brother so happy!

BABY GIRL AND NO GALL BLADDER!!!
We had a big ultra sound on Tuesday and found out that we are having a little GIRL! We are so excited. Kolton is very pleased to be getting a baby sister.
We also found out on Monday that I had some major infections in my gall bladder, and it had to be removed. What a week. It all started early Monday morning when I woke up with severe back pains. I thought it was just from being pregnant so I went and tried to sit up on the couch to sleep, but then the pains moved into my upper abdomen. Finally after like 2 hours trying to ignore these pains I told Kodee that something wasn't right and we needed to go to the ER. Just what we wanted to do at 3:00 in the morning. So I called my mom to come and sit with Kolton so we wouldn't have to drag him along. When we got to the ER, and I explained my problem they sent me right up to family birth to make sure I wasn't in labor. Now I have been in labor before and this was so much worse. So we get up there and they made sure the little one was fine, and then they told me that they thought it was my gall bladder and that I would be having an ultra sound done at 7:00 to check stuff out. Sure enough, gall stones and big ones. One was blocking the passage and so the bacteria wasn't able to flow through and out of my body, but was instead building up. So then I had to wait for the surgeon to come and talk to me. My doctor also came to talk to me and assured me that everything was going to be okay. It was very scary. I have never really had a surgery like this, and I am 20 weeks pregnant. What a joke. By 6:00 Monday evening I was out of surgery and was doing fine, and the baby was doing great. She didn't have any complications from the meds. So I was discharged from the hospital Tuesday morning just in time to go and check in for my ultra sound. It was not fun at all. They offered to reschedule, but we just wanted to know, and make sure the baby was really okay. The techs. were very cautious of all of my little cuts. It was a very painful ultrasound.
So after all of that we now know that the baby is a little girl, and she is very healthy and looks great.

We are done!!!
So it finally happened, Kolton is now 100% potty trained. I know, I know, it seems like he should have been potty trained a long time ago, but it isn't the easiest thing to do. We told him that when he did it for 1 week we would take him to Chucky Cheese, he loves it there. And about 10 days after we started the process, he went one week with no accidents. It is so nice to get him out of diapers. Now in 5 months we can start buying diapers again, but for now we are done!!!

Big Announcement!!!
Well as you can see by the new ticker on the blog, I am pregnant. I am 9 weeks, so just barely, but feeling every bit of it. I went to the doctor today and found out that the due date is November 2. That seems like forever away. But I know that life will get going and the day will come sooner than I will be ready. Kolton is very excited for a new addition. He says he is getting a sister. Usually kids are right about stuff like this, so we will see. But we are thrilled to be expecting and can't wait to see what comes with time.

WE'RE BACK!
After what seems like forever we are back into the blogging world. So much has happened in the last few months, but we can't catch up on everything. But the very first thing I had to share was our latest family expedition. We took Kolton ice fishing. Kolton had so much fun. He is so much like his daddy. My boys love fishing. Here are just a couple of the pictures from that day.

Happy Holidays
Well it has been awhile since our last post, but we hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. We did. Kolton loved all his presents from Santa, and even went to a Santa decoration and said thank you for all his presents. It was so cute.
And now for the bad news...
We disconnected our internet, so posts will be further apart than I would like, but hey we do what we can.
For those of you who don't know me very well, don't know how much I love palm trees. And when I saw the background with palm trees I had to use it.
Hopefully on the next post I can put up some pictures. Kodee shot a mountain lion a few weeks ago, and I want to post the pictures.
